City Council Minutes —06/26/O1 <br />Draft Copy Page 3 <br />Section 703.04B la of the Roseville City Code to allow an increase <br />in the required driveway apron within a public right-of-way from 26 <br />feet to 46 feet for property located at 2916 West Owasso Boulevard, <br />based on the findings in Section 3 of the project report dated June <br />26, 2001. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka <br />and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />C-5 Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, to adopt a resolution to <br />approve the request by Steven Marchek for an 18 foot variance to <br />Section 703.04B4 of the Roseville City Code to decrease the <br />required driveway access point from a corner lot properiy line from <br />30 feet to 12 feet for property located at 2995 West Owasso <br />Boulevard, based on the findings in Section 3 of the project report <br />dated June 26, 2001. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, <br />Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />C-6 Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, to adopt a resolution to <br />approve the request by John Jakel for a 36 foot variance to Section <br />703.04B la of the Roseville City Code to allow an increase in the <br />required driveway apron within a public right-of-way from 26 feet <br />to 62 feet for property located at 3 170 West Owasso Boulevard, <br />based on the findings in Section 3 of the project report dated June <br />26, 2001. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka <br />and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />c-7 Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, to adopt a resolution to <br />approve the request of William Olson, 3 188 West Owasso <br />Boulevard, for a 19 foot variance to Section 703.04B la of the <br />Roseville City Code to allow an increase in the required driveway <br />apron within a public right-of-way from 26 feet to 45 feet, and a five <br />foot variance to Section 703.04B9 of the Roseville City Code to <br />a11ow a driveway to exist on the property line and encroach into the <br />required five foot side yard setback. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />C-8 Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, to adopt a resolution to deny <br />the request by James Telstad for variances to Section 1004.O1A3 <br />(Detached Accessory Building Size Limit), 1004.01A4 <br />(Requirements for Increasing Ma�mum Size), 1004.0 lA5 (Overall <br />Area), 1004.O1A6 (Maxirnum Tota1 Surface Area), and 1004.O1A8 <br />(Minimum Setbacks) of the Roseville City Code, subject to the <br />findings in Section 6 of the project report dated June 26,200 1.
