Nays: none. <br />Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br />D-1 (formerly C-10) <br />Goedeke stated his concern about the number of cars parked on the <br />site. <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, to adopt a resolution to approve <br />the variances requested by Perry Noland from applicable parking <br />and paving setback requirements for his Roseville Auto Repair Shop <br />located at 2 150 Hamline Avenue, as stated in the project report <br />(dated 06/26/0 1) Section 3.6, in order to renovate the parking and <br />landscaping on the site, based on the findings in Section 3 and with <br />the conditions recommended in Section 6 of the project report; and <br />further, providing for a two foot parking setback on the south side, <br />and allowing the landscape improvements to be completed after <br />completion of the County work in fall, 2001.
