G V. /_ F �l C f' 1 1 R S �{ P P i:(' ��(: Et p M q S.r H fJ E°. � �)1 �+ 5 e� (I i �(, 1� it p C 5 C!1 Y E C. f <br />June 29, 2001 <br />Messrs. <br />City of Roseville Planning Department <br />Subject: Purposed Crematory Project for RoSelawn Cemetery <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />As a follow up to our conversation, I wanted to review some information on our cremation <br />equipment for your upcoming zoning hearing. <br />ALL Crematory has been designing and manufacturing cremation equipment for over forty <br />years, and is recognized as a leader in the industry with over 2,000 installations throughout the <br />United States and thirty other countries. <br />Our cremators are equipped with microprocessor controllers that continuously monitor and <br />control the entire cremation cycle to safeguard against pollution and environmental impact. <br />Each model is tested by an independent laboratory to demonstrate compliance with the most <br />stringent environmental standards. <br />The ALL Cremator operates without smoke or odor and is so completely unobtrusive that <br />neighbors will not even be aware that it is operating. <br />Along with obtaining zoning approval, every installation must be approved by the state or local <br />environmental agency. The agency has the responsibility to ensure that the equipment <br />complies with applicable regulations and standards, and will not be a nuisance in the <br />community. Our cremator is approved for installation in your state. <br />Currently, the cremation rate in the U.S. is roughly 24%. Wthin the next 10 years it is <br />anticipated that the demand for cremation services will increase nearly 70%.
