EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Ha11 on <br />Monday, the 23rd day of July, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A <br />REQUEST BY KATHLEEN AGNESS FOR A COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE <br />PLAN AMENDMENT AND REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2256 LEXINGTON AVENUE (PF3329) <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Kathleen Agness for consideration <br />of a Comprehensive land Use Plan Amendment and Rezoning on June 2 1,200 1; and <br />WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the <br />Community Development Department on 7une 27, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS, said application was submitted after the 7une 11,200 1 deadline for <br />the 7uly 11,200 1 Planning Commission agenda; and <br />WHEREAS, the application will be forwarded to the August 8, 2001 Planning <br />Commission and the August 27, 2001 City Council meetings; and <br />WFEREAS, the 60-day review period expires on August 20,200 1, thus creating <br />the need for a review e�tension; <br />WHEREAS, city staff has requested a 60-day e�tension to the 60-day review <br />period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and <br />consideration of the Agness request. <br />NOW, TI�REFORE BE TT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of <br />the City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, NTinnesota, pursuant to NTinnesota <br />Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Kathleen Agness <br />(Schom Realty) for consideration of a comprehensive land use plan amendment and <br />rezoning be e�tended for 60 days, from August 10, 2001 to October 9, 2001. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereo£ <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
