EXTRACT OF MINiJTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVII,LE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 23rd day of July, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A REQUEST BY FRED $L LAURIE BOUCHER REGARDING THE NEED FOR AN ADDITIONAL VARIANCE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A 1,008 SQUARE FOOT DETACHED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR POPERTY LOCATED AT 1166 LAURIE ROAD (PF3329) WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Fred and Laurie Boucher for a variance from Section 1004.O1A3 (Detached Accessory Building LimitO and a conditional use permit for the purpose of constructing a 1,008 square foot detached garage (accessory building) on the Boucher parcel; and WHEREAS, said application was considered by the Roseville Planning Commission on July 11,200 1; and a recommendation made regarding the two requests by the Boucher's; and WHEREAS, the Community Development Staff determined through a field inspection of the principal structure (house) that an additional variance is necessary from Section 1004.0 lA5 (Overall Area) in order to properly process the Boucher request; and WHEREAS, a new public hearing and report will be presented to the Roseville Planning Commission at their regularly scheduled meeting of August 8, 2001; and WHEREAS, said recommendation by the Planning Commission will not be able to be forwarded to the City Council before the current plan review deadline. NOW, TI�REFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Fred and Laurie Boucher for consideration of a variance to Section 1004.0 1 A3 and Section 1004.0 1 AS of the Roseville City Code, and a conditional use permit, be extended for 60 days, from August 9, 20(J 1 to October 8, 2001. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
