• Conducting a market study to ensure that the uses as proposed can be implemented. <br />• Providing additional design plan for trails, open space, signage and building configurations. <br />• Developing a design manual to assist developers in the PUD rezoning process. <br />3.3 There is $500,000 in available funds for the 2001 cycle. The applications are due August 1 st <br />and a supporting resolution by the local unit of government is required. The maximum <br />request is $75,000.
