This presentation is part of a hearing and discussion on the proposed Budget and Tax <br />Levy and is being brought to the Council for their approval. <br />Fiscal Summarv <br />The recommended tax levy for 2002 is $8,922,884 an increase of $243,613 or a 2.8% increase as <br />compared to 2001. <br />The levy is based on a total recommended 2002 budget of $38,089,474, an increase of $390,421 or a <br />1.04% over 2000. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion approving the budget resolution for 2002 in amount of $38,089,474. <br />i�b�o�7�1h- �.�,bLirh,�•� a. <br />Motion approving t i�entax levy of $8,g22,884 for 2002. <br />Motion approving the resolution for decreasing the 2002 debt levy. <br />
