There are 128 parking places planned including handicapped. The <br />parking lot is shared with the apartment building next door which has 46 apartments. With 46 <br />parking spaces allocated to the apartments, that will leave 82 spaces for the Media Building. <br />The programmed employee and visitor parking breakdown for the three floors is as follows- <br />Basement-14 Parking Spaces <br />sis N. 4TH sT. The basement will house KTIS/Skylight's Equipment Racks & Storage and the School of <br />SUITE i000 Communications classrooms & sound stages. The parking requirements for this floor will be <br />minimal due to its use type and the fact that almost all of the occupants will be students that <br />ST. LOUIS, Mo are bussed over from campus. 14 Parking space will be plenty for this floor. <br />63102 <br />(3�4) 23t-57oo First Floor-28 Parkina Spaces <br />(314) 231-0816 Fnx The first floor will house KTIS/Skylight's offices and studios. There are 34 employees <br />programmed. According to the station s VP of Communications there is never more that 22 <br />employees there at one time due to its 24/7 operation. There will need to be 6 parking spaces <br />allocated to visitors. 28 parking spaces will accommodate all employees and visitors to this <br />floor. <br />Second Floor-14 Parkina Spaces <br />AUSTIN The second floor will house 5 offices and 3 classrooms for the department of Early Childhood <br />Education. There will need to be parking for 8 employees and 6 visitors. The majority of <br />CAROLINAS occupants for this floor would be students that are bussed over from campus. 14 parking <br />spaces will accommodate all employees and visitors to this floor. <br />DENVER The total number of parking spaces needed for the programmed employees and visitors is 56 <br />leaving a surplus of 26 parking spaces for future growth.
