WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />Boucher variance request and recommended (7-O) to approve the request, based on comments <br />and findings outlined in Section 3, 4, and 6 of the proj ect report dated 8/27/O 1. <br />NOW TI�REFORE BE TT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Fred <br />and Laurie Boucher a 108 square foot variance to Section 1004.O1A3 of the Roseville City Code <br />allowing the construction of a 1,008 square foot detached accessory building in the rear yard, <br />based on the comments and findings in Section 3, 4, and 6 of the proj ect report dated 8/27/O 1 for <br />properry located a 1133 Laurie Road. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or: <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
