EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of August 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A 1,008 <br />SQUARE FOOT DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING FOR PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 1133 LAURIE ROAD (PF 3325) <br />WHEREAS, Fred and Laurie Boucher have requested a conditional use permit to <br />construct a 1,008 square foot detached accessory building in their rear yard in accordance with <br />Section 1004.O1A4 and 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code; and <br />as: <br />WHEREAS, the Boucher property is located at 1133 Laurie Road and legally described <br />Lot 9, Block 2 Golden Oaks„ Ramsey County, Minnesota (PID # 102923440050). <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.O1A4 reads: Requirements For Increasing Maximum Size: <br />The size of detached accessory buildings may be increased from a total of 864 square feet to a <br />ma�mum total size of 1,008 square feet; and <br />criteria: <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council sha11 consider the following <br />I. Impact on traffic. <br />2. Impact on parks, streets and other public facilities. <br />3. Compatibility of the site plan, internal �^affic circulation, landscaping and <br />structures with contiguous properties. <br />4. Impact of the use on the market value of contiguous properties. <br />S. Impact on the general public health, safety and welfare <br />6. Compatibility with the City 's Comprehensive Plan. <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Staff has reviewed the development proposal <br />with regard to the criteria in Section 1013.01 .D of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance and <br />concludes the following: <br />A. The proposed detached accessory building will not create additional traffic nor <br />the need for additional public facilities. <br />
