Attached to and part of Roseville Covenant Church Variance Application <br />It is the opinion of RCC that using the duplex for expansion space is less <br />obtrusive to the neighborhood than other options of adding more structure to <br />the existing church building. An option the church has looked at is adding <br />on to the south side of the church building along CentenniaL The loss of <br />"green space" would add a congested look to the property and the <br />neighborhood. Rutting an addition on existing church building would also <br />be more expensive for the church than our plan to purchase the existing <br />duplex for expansion. <br />It is for these reasons that RCC asks that the requirement for distances <br />between church and residential property be given a variance in this instance <br />and be allowed to remain at its existing distance for residential homes. <br />
