Return to County Board with suggested modifications to St. Paul contract. <br />3. Take steps necessary to apply for state or federal funding. <br />4. Return to County Board with a suggested equipment financing package based on each city's projections for <br />numbers of needed tabulators and determination of cities that wish to pay for equipment over time. <br />5.
