In summary, the ethics <br />complaint included questions regarding whether Steve Sarkozy, Ed Burrell, Dean Maschka, and <br />7oel 7amnik represented the city outside of city sanctioned authority and accepted payment from <br />the city outside the scope of their roles with the city. The commission determined that Council <br />7oel 7amnik contracts with the city and therefore would be expected to accompany city staff at <br />their request..
