On-Sale Wine and <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to approve the On-Sale Wine 3•2 Beer Licenses <br />License for Establishments with 75 seats or less and the 3.2 Beer St. Paul Bagelry <br />License for St. Paul Bagelry for the year ending December 3 1, 2001. 1702 Lezington Av <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: none. <br />H-2 Applicant present. No public questions or comments. Currency Exchange <br />Goedeke inquired about signage. Applicant indicated they would Cash Station LLC <br />comply with landlord and City regulations. Goedeke also asked 1745 Lezington Av <br />about the State of Minnesota background check. Applicant stated <br />that he has complied with all Minnesota requirements. <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, by motion, to approve the <br />request by Cash Station to operate a currency exchange business <br />under the name MoneyExchange at 1745 Le�ngton Avenue. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: none. <br />I. Land Use <br />I-1 Mayor Kysylyczyn reviewed the history of this case. City Manager Roselawn Cemetery <br />reviewed the three options outlined in the Staff Report. City Crematorium <br />Attorney explained the details of the third option under Minnesota 803 Larpenteur Av <br />law. (PF3315) <br />Discussion ensued among the councilmembers about the three <br />options. Goedeke expressed concern about the timeliness of an <br />environmental study and the a�ailability of good data. Maschka <br />expressed concern about the cost of an environmental study and <br />conclusiveness of an environmental study. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded and commented, to formally <br />fmd that there is the potential for significant environmental effects <br />from crematoria, and formally direct Roselawn Cemetery to conduct <br />an environmental review consistent with the requirements of the <br />Minnesota Environmental Quality Board concerning potential <br />environmental and public health effects of crematoria emissions at <br />the �� [Roselawn] Cemetery. Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: Mastel, Goedeke and Maschka.
