WHEREAS, Mr. Reichenbach intends to construct a 10 foot addition onto the e�sting <br />home that encroached six feet into the predominant 40 foot front yard setback; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />variance request by Mr. Bonestroo & Associates and recommended (5-2) to approve the request, <br />based on findings outlined in Section 3 and 4 of the project report dated 8/8/O1. <br />NOW TI�REFORE BE TT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Robert <br />Reichenbach (Gail Anderson) a 3.7% (363 square foot) variance to Section 1004.O1A6 of the <br />Roseville City Code and a six foot variance to Section 1004.01 E of the Roseville City Code, <br />based on the findings in Section 3, 4, and 7 of the project report dated 9/10/O1. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or: <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
