All Council Members were present except Kysylyczyn <br />and Maschka, who arrived later. <br />1. Roseville Visitors Association (RVA) Annual Report Presentation <br />Rollin Hunsicker, Chairperson & Dino LoBaido, Executive Director <br />Butterfield introduced Rollin Hunsicker, Chairperson of the RVA, who <br />overviewed the history and purpose of the RVA. [Maschka arrives.] <br />Hunsicker then introduced RVA Executive Director Dino LaBaido, who <br />outlined the operations and performance of the RVA. The Council thanked <br />the RVA for its presentation. <br />2. Redistricting Expenses <br />[Kysylyczyn arrives.] Curti described the state legislative reapportionment <br />process and some of its potential impacts on Roseville. <br />3. Scheduling of Council Meetings — Consideration of Religious Holidays <br />and Other Possible Issues <br />Beets described the Council's current meeting schedule and asked how it <br />was working for Council Members and whether the Council wished for him <br />to meet with members of Roseville's faith community to gain understanding <br />about sensitive meeting dates. Council Members indicated the current <br />Monday-based meeting schedule is working well, and Yes, Beets should <br />meet with faith leaders and report back to the Council. <br />
