DRAFT ORDINANCE <br />(First Reading) <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE ZONWG <br />MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 2599 LEXINGTON AVENUE <br />FROM R-2, TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND B-3, GENERAL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT TO R-PUD, RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, WITH AN <br />UNDERLYING ZONE OF R-8, MOBILE HOME DISTRICT (PF #3225) <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned.
