First <br />of all we discussed the problems we were having with 3 of our "trouble <br />maker" residents. The lady's were happy to know that management was <br />already aware of the situations. We (the management) explained what our <br />plan was in the next few years and the residents were very excited. The two <br />plans the residents are most excited about are the plans to add double-wide <br />homes and the play area for the children. The residents wanted us to change <br />our play area around so we did with out hesitation. <br />The meeting went really well as everyone present felt comfortable and <br />excited in the direction of which the community is going. The residents <br />mentioned being willing to help out if they were needed in anyway. <br />
