The inspection revealed missing or nonexistent <br />handrails and exit signs which must be corrected as they are life safety issues. Although not <br />required to be upgraded by code at this point, it should be noted that the building is not <br />handicap accessible (there is not an accessible parking stall, there is no accessible entry, there <br />is no accessible restroom).
