Page 2 <br />I feel that the impact to the surrounding neighborhood would be extremely positive. The <br />nearby neighbors would be much happier with the bus�ess I am operating out of the <br />building as opposed to the music school for many reasons: 1) I have significantly less <br />traffic than the music school; 2) office hours are generally 8:Oa a.m. to S:� p.m. with <br />approximatelyl2 cars during those hours (there also may be an additional 1- 2 cars when <br />a client is in the offiCC, however, we usually meet clients off-site; 3) since our business is <br />housing. I feel it is imperative that the home be maintained in extremely good condition <br />and to keep the residential look; and 4) I do not intend to change the physical appearance <br />of the property. <br />I will be asking the Roseville City Council to look at rezoning this property so I can <br />continue to operate my business.
