Aueust 8, 2 0 01 <br />A��F�NDTT�{ TO oUR ORI�INAL ?iE.4.°.INr STl�T�NT <br />In a letter dated June 12, ?001 to neighborhood residents from <br />Kathleen Agnes� inviting them to an informal neighbood meeting on <br />June 20th, it was stated - quote -"Since our business is housing, <br />' feel it is imperative that the home be maintained in extremely <br />good condition and to keep the residential look; and I do not intend <br />to change the physical appearance of the property." r'�7d quote. <br />Now please direct your attention to paragraph 2.3 in the August 8th <br />Request for Planning Commission Action report. The second sentence <br />of this paragraph reads as follows: ��017e of the owners also called <br />(Cit1 Hall) asking for details of how to obtain a permit to pave <br />the front yard for parking."
