EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 24th day of September, 200 1, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A REQUEST BY KENNETH DAMMAN FOR A VARIANCE TO SECTIONS 1004.O1A1, 1004.1A5 AND 1004.O1A6 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1858 HAMLINE AVENUE (PF3342) WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Kenneth Damman for consideration of variances to Section 1004.0 1 A 1, 1004.1 AS and 1004.0 1 A 6 on July 17, 2001; and WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the Community Development Department on August 14, 2001; and WHEREAS, said application was presented to the Planning Commission at their regular meeting of September 12, 2001 and recommended a 60-day time e�tension to allow the applicant to provide more complete information; and WFEREAS, the 60-day review period expires on October 14, 200 1, thus creating the need for a review e�tension; and WHEREAS, city staff has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and consideration of the Bauer Home request. NOW, TI�RFFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Kenneth Damman for consideration of variances be e�tended for 60 days, from October 14, 2001 to December 13, 2001. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
