Goedeke commented on a Percent for-the- Regional Arts Council Arts program. Grant Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, to authorize the acceptance of a grant from the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council for $6,000 to develop a community arts festival featuring Roseville residents with matching funds of $6,000 to be taken from the donations account.
