Kysylyczyn commented on the process for obtaining noise variances, or perhaps permits to a11ow construction activities outside the hours prescribed by the Code. Maschka asked that pond aesthetics be placed on a future work session. Beets reported that in light of the Council's comments and direction: a) The citizen notification card will be revised and distributed to the City Council; b) pond aesthetics will be on the November Work Session, c) the notification policy will be revised to address drainage pond construction; and d) the revised Notification Policy will be on the November Work Session.
