Kysylyczyn commented on the <br />process for obtaining noise variances, or perhaps permits to a11ow <br />construction activities outside the hours prescribed by the Code. <br />Maschka asked that pond aesthetics be placed on a future work <br />session. Beets reported that in light of the Council's comments and <br />direction: a) The citizen notification card will be revised and <br />distributed to the City Council; b) pond aesthetics will be on the <br />November Work Session, c) the notification policy will be revised <br />to address drainage pond construction; and d) the revised <br />Notification Policy will be on the November Work Session. <br />K Reports and Recommendations (Continued, if necessary) <br />L.
