EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the city council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said city on Monday, February 28, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, Wi ski, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilrnember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9059 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT P-94-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 61 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council of the City of Roseville adopted February 14, 1994, fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P-94-02, Neighborhood 50; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on February 28, 1994, to consider the proposed construction of Improvement P-94-02, Neighborhood 61, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer services, water services, sanitary sewer service repairs, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Oxford Street, County Road B to Sherren Street Sherren Street, Lexington Avenue to Nancy Place Milton Street, Sherren Street to cul-de-sac· as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $402,373.16 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The city Public Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
