<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY 8, 1971 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Rosevi lle, Minnesota, on the 8th day of February, 1971. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarper <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Anderson introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5599 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE AND LOCAL 149 LD.T. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been a negotiated settlement between <br />the Village of Roseville and certain employees of the Village who <br />are members of Local 149 I.D.T.; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it is desirous that the conditions contained <br />within the agreed upon settlement be adopted as a resolution of the <br />Village of Roseville Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of <br />The Village of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, that the following conditions <br />which are contained in the 1971 settlement between the Villa,~ of <br />Rosevi1le and Local 149 I.D.T. are adopted: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The settlement shall <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Wages: <br />Patrolman <br /> <br />Start <br />l'3"b/mo. <br /> <br />be retroactive to January 1, 1971. <br />After After After After <br />1 Yr. 2 Y rs . 3 Y rs . 4 Y 1:S . <br />lSl5/mo. $S5l/mo. $887/mo. $~3n/mo. <br />Longevity starts at end of 5th <br />year at $3.00 per month going back <br />to first year of employment ($15.00). <br />Each succeeding year an additional <br />$3.00 per month with no maximum <br />limit of accumulation. <br />Longevity same as for patrolman. <br /> <br />Sergeant <br /> <br />$990/month <br /> <br />3. Clothing Allowance - $150 a year per officer. A "Chief's Fund" is <br />hereby established for the purpose of replacing <br />clothing destroyed or damaged in the line of duty. <br />
