Recommendation: Continue Assessment discussion on the following parcels until September <br />2002. <br />Gold Ea le 123 3 L enteur Avenue 15-29-23-43-0034 $15 120.42 <br />Solar Car Wash 13 15 La enteur Avenue 15-29-23-43-0037 $16,107.88 <br />Al's Billiards 13 19 La enteur Avenue 15-29-23-43-0038 $11,006.02 <br />Multi-Tenant 1255 L enteur Avenue 15-29-23-43-0035 $18,720.52 <br />Policy Objectives: To comply with prior City Council direction regarding the construction of <br />these projects, and the City's assessment policy. To modify assessments where unique <br />circumstances demonstrate that it is within the Public Interest and to correct a11 defective <br />workmanship items through warranty guarantees. <br />Financial Implications: These projects have been financed using a combination of special <br />assessments, improvement bonds and utility funds. Financing for the individual projects is <br />consistent with past City policy and practice. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff has reviewed each of the objections raised at the September 24, <br />2001, hearing. It is recommended that the Council adopt the attached resolution that outlines the <br />recommended assessment changes and adopts the assessment roll. <br />RECO�T�TENDED COUNCIL ACTION: <br />Approval of a resolution adopting and confirming as amended 2001 assessments for <br />improvements P-SW-99- 14, P-00-02, P-00-04. <br />Prepared by: Debra Bloom <br />
