This project includes both the proposed roadway <br />reconstruction project by Ramsey County from Arona Street to �ford Street and <br />Roseville's Streetscape project from Hamline Avenue to O�ord Street. A large <br />portion of the cost of this project will be federally funded through the Transportation <br />Efficiency Act for the 21"' Century (TEA21). Their gift of time, insight <br />and enthusiasm has significantly enriched the design of this project.
