EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of October 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO THE EXISTING INTERIlVI USE PERMIT FOR FAMILY ACADEMY TO ALLOW A CHANGE IN SIZE AND DIRECTION OF THE MODULAR OFFICE (PF 3336) WHEREAS, Family Academy received an Interim Use Permit on September 24, 2001 allowing the placement of a 12 foot by 56 foot modular office adjacent to the school wing and Advent Lutheran Church, 3000 Hamline Avenue; and WHEREAS, Family Academy has found that the approved modular office is to small to meet their needs; and WHEREAS, Family Academy has requested allowance for a modular office 24 feet by 70 feet and to place said modular office in a north/south direction adjacent to the school wing of the Church; and WHEREAS, the Advent Luther Church properiy is located at 3000 Hamline Avenue, legally described as: Section 3, Township 29, Range 23 subject to Hamline Avenue and widened Josephine Road and EX �S' 1000 feet of the West 438 feet of part of Government Lot 3 south of the original.Iosephine Road (PID # 032923130077). NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant an amendment to the previously approved Family Academy Interim Use Permit to allow a 24 foot by 70 foot modular office, to be located in a north/south direction adjacent to the school wing of Advent Lutheran Church, 3000 Hamline Avenue The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
