Nays: <br />none. <br />c-5 Item moved to D-1 Freeman Variance <br />G6 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to deny the request of Bauer Bauer Homes <br />Homes without prejudice because the application was premature and 691 Heinel Drive <br />incomplete. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke Variance <br />and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. Nays: none. <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to adopt a resolution approving a <br />conditional use permit to allow construction of a 30 foot by 40 foot <br />(1,200 square foot) detached accessory building on property located at <br />3000 Hamline Avenue, based on the comments and findings in <br />Sections 3 and 5 and the conditions stipulated in Section 7 of the <br />project report dated September 24, 2001. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />c-9 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to adopt a resolution approving <br />the three-year interim use permit requested by Family Academy <br />Charter School and Advent Lutheran Church (PF3336) to allow the <br />operation of temporary 672 s.f. modular office along the east side of <br />Advent Lutheran Church located at 3000 Hamlirle Avenue subject to: <br />The three year interim use permit being reviewed administratively on <br />an annual basis on the anniversary date of the resolution granting the <br />interim use permit, with a staff compliance report submitted to the <br />Planning Commission and City Council annually, and witl�in 120 <br />days of expiration in the 3rd year of use.
