The project <br />description along with the enclosed information sha11 provide you with a written pictorial of the quality <br />of architecture proposed for Centre Pointe Business Park. <br />Centre Pointe Business Park is designed to meet the office space needs for technology and service <br />related businesses in the Twin cities metro area. <br />E�terior building finishes sha11 be of inedium brown brick to coincide with the e�sting office buildings <br />on the site. Additionally we will use dark brown brick accents and te�tured/colored precast concrete to <br />highlight the overall te�ture of the brick facade. Windows will be tinted gray glass with butt joints or <br />narrow bullions and finishes in dark brown. (see enclosed plan and perspectives) <br />All accessory structures, if any, will match the proposed masonry finishes of the office buildings. <br />Rooftop mechanical units will be screened from line of sight by brick masonry parapet wa11s. Line of <br />sight studies will be completed and submitted to the City of Roseville for record of compliance. <br />Ground surface mechanical or utility equipment sha11 be screened from line of sight by landscape <br />material or brick masonry screen wa11s. <br />E�ternal loading trash or service areas shall be totally screened from residential and adjacent area <br />views except at driveway access points. Whenever possible, trash and service areas will be contained <br />(within the building perimeter) on the main floor. <br />Road, driveway and parking lot lighting shall be concealed downcast type fi�h.ires on 30' high poles to <br />match e�sting conditions. Building entrances and ground signs sha11 be ground lit with controlled <br />bean ground lights. Truck dock areas and rear entrances to buildings shall be lit by wa11 mounted <br />concealed down cast type fi�tures.
