l. Bonds to be Redeemed. All of the Bonds maturing in the years 2003 to <br />20 11, both inclusive, shall be redeemed and prepaid on March 1, 2002 at par and accrued interest <br />for each such Bond called. <br />2. Notice of Ca1L The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to give <br />written notice of call at least forty-five (45) days prior to March 1, 2002, the date for call, to the <br />paying agent (if other than an officer of the City) where said Bonds are payable and therefore by <br />first class mail mailed not more than sixty (60) and not less than thirty (30) days prior to the date <br />for call to a11 registered holders of the Bonds.
