10.0 SUGGESTED COUNCII, ACTIONS <br />10.1 Offer a motion, after the second reading to approve a ZONING MAP AMENDMENT <br />from the e�sting `B-3" (General Business) and "R-2" (Two Family) zoning districts to a <br />mixed use residential planned unit development (N�I-PUD) with an underlying zoning of <br />"R-8" (Nlobile Home Park) which allows a mix of manufactured housing traditional <br />housing and limited seasonal recreational vehicle parking and accessory uses within the <br />(9.1 acre) properiy known as the Roseville Mobile Home Park located at 2599 Lexington <br />Avenue. <br />10. 2 Offer a motion, subj ect to City Attorney final review as to legal form and content, to <br />approve the MH-PUD FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN and AGREEMENT that <br />establishes design standards and development parameters under which the Roseville <br />Mobile Home Park must develop or redevelop on the 9.1 acre parcel, located at 2599 <br />Le�ngton Avenue.
