City Council Minutes —1 0108/0 1 <br />Page 6 <br />Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Kysylyczyn Nays: none. <br />************* <br />Kysylyczyn opened the public hearing for project P-SW-99-14 <br />involving the Roseville Senior House and Commercial Properties at <br />1233, 1315, 13 19, and 1255 Larpenteur Avenue. <br />Goedeke asked about cost overruns and underruns. Goedeke <br />commented about wrought iron railing. <br />John Erickson, 1233 West Larpenteur Avenue, spoke about the basis <br />for the assessment, workmanship, and the same sidewalk and <br />boulevard treatment for all businesses. Scott Brannon, 13 19 West <br />Larpenteur Avenue, complained about consistency, accuracy, <br />workmanship and trespassing. Klausing asked whether Mr. <br />BrannOn wanted pavers and wrought iron on the public right-of-way <br />in front of his property. <br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, to continue the hearing as to <br />these four parcels for approximately one year, while extensive <br />reconstruction work is done relating to areas of unacceptable <br />workmanship. Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel <br />and Kysylyczyn <br />Nays: none. <br />************* <br />P-S W-99- 14 Roseville Senior House <br />Bloom stated the basis for the revised assessment. She indicated she <br />spoke with a representative of the Senior House. No representative <br />from the Roseville Senior House was present at the hearing. <br />Goedeke moved, Klausing seconded, to approve the revised <br />assessment of $10,224.28 for Roseville Senior House, project # 14- <br />29-23-33-0040, Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel <br />and Kysylyczyn Nays: none. <br />************* <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, to adopt a resolution <br />confirming, as amended and except for the assessments continued <br />above, the 2001 assessments for improvements P-SW-99-14 and P- <br />00-02, and P-00-04.
