Goedeke asked about cost overruns and underruns. Goedeke commented about wrought iron railing. John Erickson, 1233 West Larpenteur Avenue, spoke about the basis for the assessment, workmanship, and the same sidewalk and boulevard treatment for all businesses. Scott Brannon, 13 19 West Larpenteur Avenue, complained about consistency, accuracy, workmanship and trespassing. Klausing asked whether Mr. BrannOn wanted pavers and wrought iron on the public right-of-way in front of his property. Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, to continue the hearing as to these four parcels for approximately one year, while extensive reconstruction work is done relating to areas of unacceptable workmanship. She indicated she spoke with a representative of the Senior House. No representative from the Roseville Senior House was present at the hearing. Goedeke moved, Klausing seconded, to approve the revised assessment of $10,224.28 for Roseville Senior House, project # 14- 29-23-33-0040, Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Kysylyczyn Nays: none. ************* Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, to adopt a resolution confirming, as amended and except for the assessments continued above, the 2001 assessments for improvements P-SW-99-14 and P- 00-02, and P-00-04.
