After the approval date of this PUD, no additional overhead wires or <br />poles sha11 be added to the Park except for replacement of faulty equipment and for street <br />and security lighting systems. <br />9.21 Recreation Areas. The Park sha11 maintain a minimum of one recreational area as illustrated <br />on the master site plan. <br />9.22 Reserved. <br />9.23 Signage. Signage for the site shall be limited to one (1) monument sign on the front <br />(Le�ngton Avenue) of the site, with a total sign area not to exceed 80 s.f. of the front face <br />area. The monument sign shall not exceed a maximum of eight (8) feet in height, 10 feet in <br />width, and shall be setback 15 feet from any properiy line. The monument sign structure <br />sha11 be constructed with supports consisting of masonry materials. The monument sign may <br />be lighted. The light source shall not be visible from the public right-of-way or from adjacent <br />properties. <br />9.24 Address Signage. Beginning at each entrance from a public street and leading to the private <br />streets within the Park, the developer shall post address directories with the range of <br />addresses within each private street. For life safety purposes, lettering of address ranges on <br />the directory signage sha11 be 6 inches in height and of reflective materials. <br />9.25 Lighting. Lighting for private streets parking lots sha11 be pole mounted, of a downcast, <br />cutoff type, concealing the light source from view and preventing glare. Lighting of building <br />e�teriors sha11 be limited to the front of the building. Security lighting sha11 be allowed. <br />Lighting sha11 also be consistent throughout the development and meet the lighting <br />requirements of Section 10 10.12 of the City Code. <br />9.26 Improvement Schedule. Construction of improvements listed in Exhibit G sha11 commence <br />within the year scheduled unless an alternative improvement plan is filed and approved by <br />the Community Development Director.
