After the approval date of this PUD, no additional overhead wires or poles sha11 be added to the Park except for replacement of faulty equipment and for street and security lighting systems. 9.21 Recreation Areas. The Park sha11 maintain a minimum of one recreational area as illustrated on the master site plan. 9.22 Reserved. 9.23 Signage. Signage for the site shall be limited to one (1) monument sign on the front (Le�ngton Avenue) of the site, with a total sign area not to exceed 80 s.f. of the front face area. The monument sign shall not exceed a maximum of eight (8) feet in height, 10 feet in width, and shall be setback 15 feet from any properiy line. The monument sign structure sha11 be constructed with supports consisting of masonry materials. The monument sign may be lighted. The light source shall not be visible from the public right-of-way or from adjacent properties. 9.24 Address Signage. Beginning at each entrance from a public street and leading to the private streets within the Park, the developer shall post address directories with the range of addresses within each private street. For life safety purposes, lettering of address ranges on the directory signage sha11 be 6 inches in height and of reflective materials. 9.25 Lighting. Lighting for private streets parking lots sha11 be pole mounted, of a downcast, cutoff type, concealing the light source from view and preventing glare. Lighting of building e�teriors sha11 be limited to the front of the building. Security lighting sha11 be allowed. Lighting sha11 also be consistent throughout the development and meet the lighting requirements of Section 10 10.12 of the City Code. 9.26 Improvement Schedule. Construction of improvements listed in Exhibit G sha11 commence within the year scheduled unless an alternative improvement plan is filed and approved by the Community Development Director. Construction commencement sha11 be defined as issuance of all required permits and starting excavation or construction within the scheduled year.
