Items Removed from the Consent Agenda <br />* A Land Use approval is considered routine and placed on the Consent Agenda if the Planning Cominission <br />conducts the public hearing, receives no public comment, and unanimously recommends approval, or if the matter <br />is not required by state law to go before the Planning Commission but is recommended for approval by Staff and <br />there does not appear to be any public opposition. An item will be removed from the Consent Agenda if any <br />member of the Council, or any resident, asks for its removal. <br />
