Items Removed from the Consent Agenda * A Land Use approval is considered routine and placed on the Consent Agenda if the Planning Cominission conducts the public hearing, receives no public comment, and unanimously recommends approval, or if the matter is not required by state law to go before the Planning Commission but is recommended for approval by Staff and there does not appear to be any public opposition. An item will be removed from the Consent Agenda if any member of the Council, or any resident, asks for its removal.
