CITY OF ROSEVILLE COUNTY OF RaMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION N0. 9 8 4 6 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ELIMINATION OF EIGHT PARCELS FROM TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 2 AND SIX PARCELS FROM TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 10 WITHIN DEVEI.OPMENT DISTRIC'I' NO. 1 OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE WHEREAS, the City of Roseville (the "City") has heretofore created its Tax Increment Financing District No. 2("District No. 2") and its Tax Increment Financing District No. 10 ("District No. 10") witliin its Developmeilt District No. 1(District No. 2 and District No. 10 being, the "Districts"); and WHEREAS, the City proposes to eliminate eight parcels identified as PIN #s OS-29-23- 43-Op06, OS-29-23-43-0007, OS-29-23-43-0008, OS-29-23-43-0009, OS-29-23-43-0010, OS-29- 23-43-001 l, OS-29-23-43-0012 and OS-29-23-43-0013 from District No. 2 thereby reducing the size of District No. 2; and WHEREAS, the City also proposes to eliminate six parcels identified as PIN #s OS-29- 23-13-0007, OS-29-23-13-0008, 09-29-23-13-0030, 09-29-23-42-0004, 09-29-23-42-0005 and 09-29-23-42-0006 from District No. 10 thereby reducing the size of District No.10; and WHEREAS, since the current net tax capacity of the Parcels to bc eliminated from the Districts equals or exceeds the net fax capacily of the Parcels in the Districts' origina( net tax capacity, tl�e Ilolding of a public hearing is not required by Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.175, Subd. 4. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville tl�at the Parcels are eliminated from the Districts as of December 31, 2001 for taxes payable 2002, a�id that tfie CitJ%s staff shalf take such action as is necessary to cause the County Auditor of Ramsey Couilty to eliminate these Parcels from the Districts as of December 31, 2001 and to no lon;er remit to the City tax increments from these Parcels beginning with taxes payable 2002. izzsszi.i
