C1TY OF ROSEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9 8 4 7 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DECERTIFICATION OF TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS NOS. 5, 6, 7 AND 9 <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville (the "City") has heretofore created its Tax Increment <br />Financing Districts Nos. 5, G, 7 and 9(the "Districts") within its Development District No. 1(the <br />"Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to cause the decertification of the Districts after which all <br />property taxes generated within the Districts will be distributed in the same manner as all other <br />property taxes. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the City's staff shall take such action as is necessary to cause the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County to decertify as of December 3l, 2001 the Districts as tax increment districts and to no <br />longer remit tax increments from the Districts to the City beginning with taxes payable 2002. <br />� <br />ADOPTED: November 27, 2000.
