EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of November 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 2-1/2 FOOT VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.O1A8 OF <br />THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE ALLOWING A GARDEN SHED ENCROACHMENT <br />INTO THE REQUIRED FIVE FOOT SIDE YARD SETBACK FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 2993 FAIRVIEW AVENUE (PF 3349). <br />\I7i7�D� A Q i...........
