This further as
abuts your residentially improved ownership as adjacent or abutting
Northwesterly and situated on Lot 22.
Firs it is noted that the Shady Heach lot "platings" are
orientated with.street frontage on Snaay Beach Street with lot
.ixxs extending o the rear and to what. appears to be te high
caatez mark of McCarrons Lake. There is not a government meander
line controlling the shvre line and .his buffez fence has been
installed to again, what appars to be the high water mark oi the
Lake.
Then secondly, th installation of this buffer fence and which has
been so constructed causes an adverse e:fect on the aesthetic
qualities or nl,ake^ sight view amenities as wauld be enjoyed by
itmnediate abutting property owners - or Further, readily directed
at the front foot value of such lots or stes whether vacant or
improved. Certainly, it would be obvious tat if a11. property
owners in the Shadx Beacr residential subdivision would construct
similar fencing af a six ODt nature and along propeCy lines
extending to the water s edge, the McCarrons Lake front foot values
of he land would be substantially reducd.
It therefaxe fol.:.ows that the fencing in question does have a
m¢asurable and supportable damaging efect onto the market value
potential o he subj ec.t ownershi.p . And further, £roan thi
appraiser's experience xespecting cvnsiderable involvement with
numerous "beore and after" valuations of residential propert.es
respecting sight view canditiors, there would be ready support for
a"percentage° damage allocation to the sbject ownrship.
Respectully submitted,
&
By T v
Eldon M.
