E <br />� <br />Brad Tioff. 1897 Shady Beach Avenue, Permit A01-282 (attached) does not meet city code and <br />must I�nit construction under his building permit. <br />Tom PaSCl�ke of your city says the permit does not meet the Roseville city building code. From <br />Hoff s house to McCarrons Lake to the shoreline, the fence must be not more than 72". The plan <br />sho�v� 7R". From Hoff's house to Shady Beach Avenue, the code is not more than 48"; the plan <br />sho����� 7�". The permit says "This plan was approved by the City of Roseville in 1990 and all <br />adjoining neighbors signed this plan." We have been on record (attached) in June 2000 objecting <br />to his I:�ncc. Frank Hess at 1897 Shady Beach Avenue (attached), the other neighbor, never <br />app��uv���l any plan and is also objecting to the height and setbacks. <br />The �,r�,;>osed fence is lying on the ground and is a white plastic vinyl. No human being would <br />builcl ;� fence for a Labrador out of this material. This will create a visual eye sore for the entire <br />nei��i�l,�,��h��od. We need to know who is to maintain this neighborhood blight and at what level it <br />is t� h�� �n�:intained and how it is to be quantitatively measured. This new fence will decrease my <br />pro�ert}� value. It is a`taking' without due process. <br />We :�_:�!:ing for a 30-day building moratorium on building permit A01-282, a copy of which is <br />atta; !, ��:! ���d a halt to present construction.
