Work Session <br />A. Transportation & Transit <br />Schwartz -- Introduction and overview <br />Frank Pafco, Area Manager, Minnesota Department of Transportation, to discuss the state <br />highway system, including the proposed replacement of the TH 36 bridge over Lexington <br />Avenue, the TH 36 lighting situation, other planned improvements to TH 36 including <br />lane additions, and the TH 280 project. <br />Dan Soler, Transportation Engineer, Ramsey County, to discuss the county arterial road <br />system, including an update on the County C reconstruction project, the next phase of the <br />Larpenteur Avenue project, and what the County can do about B-2 and Fairview in the <br />Rosedale area. <br />Schwartz & Bloom, to discuss the city street system and improvements. <br />Bob Beneke, Consultant, North Metro 135 W Corridor Coalition, a multi jurisdictional <br />effort, to discuss the work of the Coalition and its impact on our transportation system. <br />Bloom, to discuss the Northeast Diagonal Land Use/Transit Study, a multi jurisdictional <br />effort. <br />A representative of Metro Transit, to discuss experience with the revised bus routes in <br />Roseville, ridership, hours of operation, fares, and plans for improving bus shelters and <br />improving the litter situation around bus shelters. <br />Schwartz -- Wrap-up <br />II. Regular Business Meeting <br />A.
