Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on <br />Tuesday, the 13th day of November, 2001, at 6:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL FOR A PRIVATE SCHOOL FACILITY <br />PROJECT PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA LAW, GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO <br />THE PROJECT AND THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS, AUTHORIZING THE <br />SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL TO THE DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRADE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING, AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE PUBLICATION OF A NOTICE OF THE HEARING <br />(CONCORDIA ACADEMY INFORMATION/TECHNOLOGY ADDITION) <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />member , and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereoi <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />1342189dL <br />
