Sridhar
cc: Mr.NealBeets,CityManager
From: Bob Bierscheid, Directorof Parks and Recreation
Date: November 26, 2001
Re: HazardousTreeat654GrandviewAve. W.
Mr. Sridhar;
After a third inspection of the tree in your backyard (we were allowed access to
examine and photograph the tree from your backyard), we have determined that the
tree must be pruned at the spot of the tree where the trunk separates into two large
branches (see attached photo marked trim here). The reason for the trimming is
because of the splitting of the tree and the subsequent rotting of the tree base as
noted in attached pictures. Failure to trim the tree back could result in the tree falling
and causing injury or damage to surrounding neighbors or neighbors' property. (see
attached pictures)
In addition to this hand delivered copy, I have mailed you a copy per the City of
Rosevil le Ordinance 706.07.
If you have any questions that need further clarification, please do not hesitate to cal I.
Thankyouforyourcooperationon resolvingthis issue.
  .
e-mail-bob.bierscheid@ci.roseville.mn.us
ph-651-415-2108
fax-651-628-0927
1910 West County Road B, Roseville, MN 55113
