Srihhar; <br />City inspection staff has determined that a tree located on the property constitutes a <br />dangerous tree pursuant to Roseville City Code Section 706.07 (copy enclosed) in <br />that it poses a hazard to persons or property on abutting property (§706.07D and F). <br />(Note attached photos) <br />Pursuant to the City Code, by Order of the City Manager, the City requests that you, <br />as property owner, remove (trim) the tree so as to not constitute a health or safety <br />hazard within 22 days of issue of this letter, or appeal this Order pursuant to $706.08 <br />(copy enclosed).
