Bob Bierscheid: <br />654 Grandview Ave w. <br />Roseville, MN 55 113 <br />-/ By Certified Mail /- <br />SUBJECT: Appeal pursuant to Roseville City Code Section 706.08 C- Concerns regarding apparent lack <br />of due process and unfair determination in serving hazard tree notice to me <br />REFERENCE: (1) Hazard tree removal notice from Mr. Jeffrey M Evenson with a copy to you dated 1 1- <br />16-2001; (2) Notice of dangerous tree at my residential property from you dated 1 1-26-2001 and the <br />attached photographs (four pictures in one page) <br />I hereby appeal to the City of Roseville under Roseville City Code Section 706.08 C for <br />review and remedial action in respect of the notices served to me referred to above. <br />My appeal is based on my concerns relating to the following which are also described in <br />detail in the later pages of this appeal: <br />. Due Process (see page 2) <br />. Acting in Public Interest (see page 3) <br />. Determination of tree hazard under Roseville City Code (see page 4) <br />.
