0 4630.1900 LICENSING; DEFINITIONS <br />0 4630.2100 EXPIRATION DATES FOR LICENSES <br />0 4630.2200 LICENSE RENEWALS <br />0 4630.2210 INSPECTION FREQUENCY: <br />SECTION I- PURPOSE AND AUTHORITY <br />The purpose of this ordinance is to establish standards to protect and promote the <br />health, safety and the general welfare of the people of Ramsey County pursuant to <br />the authority granted to Ramsey County by Minnesota Statutes Sections 375.51 <br />through 375.55 and 145A.05, Subd. 8, and the Delegation Agreement between the <br />Minnesota Department of Health and Ramsey County executed pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 145A.07. <br />This ordinance establishes minimum standards for manufactured homes and <br />recreational camping areas which shall supplement existing applicable laws and <br />codes pertaining to manufactured home parks and recreational camping areas. <br />Whenever this ordinance conflicts with other applicable laws, regulations, and <br />ordinances, the most restrictive shall prevail. <br />return to top <br />SECTION II - SCOPE <br />This ordinance shall be applicable to all recreational camping area and <br />manufactured home parks, as defined in Minnesota Statutes Chapter 327, which are <br />located in Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />return to top <br />SECTION III - GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />Subsection 1. Administrative Procedures. All of the provisions of the Ramsey <br />County Administrative Ordinance shall apply as if fully set forth herein. <br />Subsection 2. Administration. This ordinance shall be administered by the Ramsey <br />County Department of Public Health. The term "Department", where used in this <br />ordinance and the Ramsey County Administrative Ordinance, shall mean the <br />Ramsey County Department of Public Health. <br />Subsection 3. Definitions. Definitions of words, phrases, and terms used in this <br />ordinance shall be those set forth in Minnesota Statutes Section 327.14 and the <br />Ramsey County Administrative Ordinance. <br />return to top <br />SECTION IV - STANDARDS FOR HEALTH, SAFETY, AND NUISANCE <br />PREVENTION <br />Subsection 1. Standards Adopted. Minnesota Rules Parts 4630.0200 through <br />4630.2210, except Part 4630.2000, Subparts 2 through 5, in effect on October 1, <br />1992, and any future revisions thereof are hereby adopted by reference and made a <br />part of this ordinance. <br />Subsection 2.
