Employee(s) shall be administered consistent with the Minnesota Government Data Practices <br />Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13. The City of Roseville and/or its assigned Employee(s) <br />shall maintain the "data on individuals" which it received according to the statutory provisions <br />applicable to the data. <br />B. All of the data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or <br />disseminated by the City of Roseville and/or its assigned Employee(s) in performing this <br />contract are subject to the requirements of the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13 and the City of Roseville and/or its assigned Employee(s) must <br />comply with those requirements. The Remedies in Minnesota Statute, Section 13.08 apply to the <br />City of Roseville and/or its assigned Employee(s), <br />C. If an assigned Employee(s) has a question regarding the classification of data, <br />they shall seek counsel through the City of Roseville's Data Practices Compliance Official <br />and/or its Legal Council. <br />5. TERNIINATION, SEPARABILITY. <br />A. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days' notice <br />provided to the respective City Manager of Roseville or the City Administrator of City of <br />Oakdale. <br />B. Upon termination, any and all records or property of the respective entiy will be <br />returned to the appropriate entity. <br />C. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />D. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the other <br />provisions remain in full force and effect. <br />sis�z 3 <br />
