The City of Roseville sha11 be solely responsible for compensating the assigned Employee(s) engaged in providing computer and technical services under this Agreement, including any overtime wages incurred, as well as any insurance or employee benefits provided under the policies or agreements of the City of Roseville. The City of Arden Hills will provide the necessary office, equipment, and supplies for the assigned Employee(s) to provide the services required hereunder and will bear all costs attendant thereto. C. The City of Arden Hills sha11 coordinate scheduling of work to be performed by the assigned Employee(s) with and sha11 receive prior approval of a11 scheduled hours to be performed under this Agreement from the Roseville City Manager or his designee. 2. PAYMENT. The City of Arden Hills will compensate the City of Roseville for services rendered in the amount of Twenty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000.00) for services rendered. The City of Arden Hills sha11 make monthly payments, upon presentation by the City of Roseville of a monthly billing equal to one-twelfth (1 / 12`h) of the annual amount herein stated.
