EXTRACT OF MINiJTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVII,LE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 17th day of December, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A REQUEST BY STONEY RIVER DEVELOPMENT FOR A SIX LOT PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 495 IONA LANE (PF3357) WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Stoney Rover Development of November 13, 2001 for consideration of a preliminary plat in accordance with Section 1100 of the Roseville City Code; and WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the Community Development Department on November 13,200 1; and WHEREAS, said application has been submitted to the Planning Commission for consideration at their regular meeting of December 12, 2001; and WHEREAS, the City Council meets on December 17, 2002 for which the time line to properly develop the required Report for Council Action is too short; and WHEREAS, it is anticipated that the City Council will hold their first regular meeting of the new year on January 14, 2002, which is past the 60-day review deadline; and WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and consideration of the Stoney River Development request; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Stoney River Development for consideration of a six lot preliminary plat be extended for 60 days, from January 12, 2042 to March 13, 2002. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
